Megan Fox's recently published poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, showcases various references to her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, with both positive and negative undertones. In the book, released on November 7th, the 37-year-old actress refers to Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, as her "true love" and "twin flame," a term she has previously used to describe him. However, she also portrays her lover as a "32-year-old narcissist" and a "complacent rock star" in other parts of the book, as reported by Page Six.

In the poem titled "A beautiful boy is a deadly drug," Fox appears to draw a parallel between her relationship with Kelly and an addiction that cannot be cured by prayers. She expresses, "You are causing my demise, yet my heart refuses to let go."

Since their engagement in 2022, the couple has faced speculation of a breakup. In February, a reliable source informed We that the two had a significant altercation at a Super Bowl party in Arizona. Following this incident, Fox removed all traces of the musician from her Instagram page.

One month later, another insider disclosed that Fox and Kelly's wedding planning had "stopped" and they were "taking a break" from their "unstable" relationship. In April, a third source informed Us that Fox and Kelly were proceeding cautiously as they attempted to address their problems.

In addition to hints about her relationship with Kelly, Fox's book also divulged that she experienced a miscarriage during their time together. She recounted seeing an ultrasound of her baby girl at 10 weeks and one day into her pregnancy, expressing thoughts of "what if" and "if only."

She later envisioned embracing the child "as they forcefully extract you from within me," penning, "I'll give up everything / Inform me, I implore / What is the price / For her precious soul?"

Fox discussed the experience in more detail during her appearance on Good Morning America, expressing that she had never encountered anything similar before. She mentioned that it was particularly challenging for both her and her ex-husband due to their three children, and it led them on a tumultuous journey together and individually. They tried to navigate the situation by asking themselves questions such as "What does this mean?" and "Why did this happen?"

Fox and Green have three kids together, named Noah (10), Bodhi (9), and Journey (7), whereas Kelly has a daughter named Casie (14) with her ex, Emma Cannon.

Fox stated that Kelly was the individual who encouraged her to write a poetry book. Despite Kelly's positive impact on her creativity, a fourth source revealed last month that their wedding plans are currently on hold as they prioritize strengthening their relationship. In a joint celebration of Halloween, the couple dressed up as characters from Kill Bill and Death Note. At Darren Dzienciol's Pop Icons Halloween Party on October 27, Kelly drew his prop sword on a photographer who had politely asked not to take their picture, according to a source.

Fox arrived at the party in a sour mood, which was further worsened by an embarrassing incident. According to an insider, Fox had initially planned to stay for a specific duration and had no intentions of going to other parties. She wanted to avoid being seen in the same outfit at different events.
