Megan Fox cleared up rumors during her interview on "Call Her Daddy" by stating that she is not a satanist or evil witch.
During the conversation with Alex Cooper on Tuesday, March 19, Fox, 37, reflected on her past comments about drinking blood "ritualistically" by saying, "I can see where I planted a seed and there grew a tree in its place."
Fox continued, expressing that she understands why people find it “weird” before sharing her thoughts on what she finds strange.
She mentioned, “I find it odd that girls are allowing guys to ejaculate in their mouth, especially when they barely know these guys.” Fox added, “You’re letting someone ejaculate in your mouth and... he doesn’t even have a stable job, you met him on Tinder. That’s repulsive. It's discomforting and makes me uneasy. So, forget being offended that I had a drop of Machine Gun Kelly’s blood in my mouth. You have Brandon from Silicon Valley’s sperm in your mouth, and he didn’t even bother buying you a decent drink.”
Concluding their discussion about blood-drinking, Fox mentioned that it all depends on one's perspective. She then acknowledged that their 2022 Halloween costume, where MGK dressed as a priest holding a leash connected to a collar around Fox's neck, may have worsened the satanism rumors.
Fox shared that MGK did not want her to clarify the rumors about satanism. She expressed that it is more exciting for people to perceive them as bizarre and weird. They enjoy the idea of being involved in strange and magical activities in their basement.
Struggles with Body Dysmorphia
Fox opened up about her personal struggles with body dysmorphia, shedding light on the challenges she has faced in accepting and embracing her own body.
Fox has openly discussed her struggles with an eating disorder in the past. During an episode of “Call Her Daddy”, she mentioned that she had been hospitalized twice while in middle school.
She revealed that she has been dealing with body dysmorphia since she was around 5 years old. Fox vividly recalled a moment from her childhood when she was sitting in the back of her sister's car, wearing black shorts with white polka dots. At that young age, she was already criticizing her thighs, thinking they were too fat.
Fox also said she “would get really upset” that she didn’t have big boobs. “Now, $30,000 later, I do. Solved that problem,” she added.

Fox looked back on her marriage with Brian Austin Green and admitted that she wasn't the best girlfriend during their time together. They were married from 2010 to 2021, despite their nearly 13-year age gap, and have three children together - Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.
She confessed, "I was young and probably not ready for such a serious commitment. I found myself constantly falling in love with other people because I never had the chance to fully experience being single and independent while working."
Elsewhere in the interview she called the relationship with Green “unfulfilling,” but assured listeners she wasn’t throwing shade toward her ex.
Being Called a ‘Sex Symbol’
Fox shared that she believes her public image adds pressure to girls, especially those with body dysmorphia, who may not see themselves positively. She mentioned that qualities like her intelligence and sense of humor are often overlooked.
She also mentioned that she exudes a carefree attitude. While she does not care about what others think, she emphasized that she would never change herself just to be liked by someone else.
Fox expressed her confusion towards the objectification and obsession with her over the years. She mentioned that she has always stayed away from any involvement with drugs or alcohol. Fox emphasized that she has never been seen at clubs, arrested, or associated with individuals who engage in such behavior.

Fox revealed every plastic surgery procedure she’s ever done — except one.
"My boobs have been fake since I was around 21 or 22," she revealed. "I had them done between the first and second Transformers movies, but I kept it subtle."
At 23, she also had a nose job and has not made any changes to it since. Fox mentioned that she has tried Botox and fillers in the past, hinting at another procedure she has undergone.
Experiencing Physical Abuse in a Relationship
"I did something that I'm keeping to myself, sorry," she mentioned. "It was a positive experience, and it's not a commonly known type of plastic surgery. Most people are not aware of it."
Fox recalled the first time a man hit her, describing her initial reaction as a mix of freezing and trying to calm the person. She had to be cautious about sharing this experience.
As for the current status of MGK, she shared, "I almost immediately compartmentalized it and went into nurturing the other person to calm the situation. I just took it on as my own burden right away instead of feeling the trauma."

Fans have been wondering about the status of Fox and MGK's relationship. The actress chose to keep her update vague, as they have been in an on-and-off relationship since 2020.
"I've learned that being in this relationship is something private," she shared. "So, for now, I don't have a comment on the status of the relationship."
Fox shared that [he] is like a twin soul to [him], and there will always be a connection between them. The extent of this connection is unclear, but Fox is certain that they will always be linked in some way. However, Fox is not comfortable elaborating further on this topic.
