Mauricio Umansky Shocks Fans with Jaw-Dropping Revelation: The Truth About His Marriage with Kyle Richards

Mauricio Umansky has retracted his earlier statements regarding reconciling with his wife, Kyle Richards.

"Kyle and I are both human beings dealing with a difficult situation. We are currently separated," Umansky, aged 53, explained to TMZ on September 29. "While divorce is not being discussed, we are privately working through this issue within ourselves."

He continued, expressing the difficulty of people misinterpreting his words. In response to a question about whether he and Kyle planted the story for ratings, he stated on his podcast, "Red Mic," that they did not.

Umansky appeared on his podcast on September 28, where he clarified that the couple is "not separated" and "not divorced." He now wants to clarify that his statement referred to the time when the news of their split was announced, indicating that they had not been separated at that point.

"When the story came out, Kyle and I were actually still together. That's what I meant, and we were facing our own challenges," he explained to TMZ photographers on Friday. He mentioned that having "conversations" with their daughters and other family members has brought them closer.

"We're grateful for this situation, which has been really nice. But we are going through our own difficulties," Umansky added. He also shared that his experience on Dancing With the Stars season 32 has been incredibly therapeutic in dealing with the drama. "I feel like I'm 15 years old, having the time of my life. Dancing and facing all the stress have been really beneficial for me. It couldn't have happened at a better time."

We confirmed in July that Umansky and Richards had hit a rough patch after two decades of marriage.

According to a source, Kyle and Mauricio have been apart for some time but are presently residing together. The source mentioned that they are getting along well as they navigate their next actions.

Following this, the couple, known for being on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, issued a statement on Instagram clarifying that they are not going through a divorce. They share three daughters named Alexia, Sophia, and Portia.

"We have faced numerous challenges this year, making it the most difficult period in our marriage," they reflected in their letter penned in July. "However, the love and respect we have for each other is immense. There has been no misconduct from either party. Despite being in the public eye, we kindly request the opportunity to address our problems in private."

In August, another source revealed to Us that the couple, who enjoyed several family getaways with their children over the summer, including Richards' daughter Farrah from a previous relationship, were actively rebuilding their relationship's foundation."

Speculation about Richards' infidelity was sparked by reports of their separation, including rumors of an affair with country singer Morgan Wade. (Richards has consistently refuted these allegations.)

Umansky stated on Friday, "I firmly believe that Kyle has not slept with or cheated on Morgan Wade. They are truly close friends, working on projects and spending time together, but they are not engaged romantically."
