"We want to clarify that the claims of us getting a divorce are false. However, it is true that this past year has been quite difficult for us," the couple stated together on Instagram. "It has been the most challenging period in our marriage. Nevertheless, we deeply love and respect each other. No one has done anything wrong. Despite being in the spotlight, we kindly request privacy as we work through our problems."
In an effort to address fan speculation about the friendship between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, and country singer Morgan Wade, Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, made a statement. They urged fans not to create false stories to support salacious narratives and expressed gratitude for the love and support they have been receiving. Their joint statement said, "While it may be entertaining to speculate, please refrain from fabricating stories to fit a sensationalized narrative. We appreciate your love and support. Kyle & Mauricio."

According to a source, Kyle and Mauricio have been living together despite their separation. They are maintaining a friendly relationship as they navigate their future plans. Kyle and Mauricio got married in 1996 and have three daughters together: Alexia (27), Sophia (23), and Portia (15). Additionally, Kyle is also a mother to another daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie (34), from a previous marriage with Guraish Aldjufrie.
Umansky previously confirmed during an appearance on the “Two Ts In a Pod” podcast in April that their marriage was questioned on season 13 of RHOBH.
“There was one unfounded rumor that spread, and the other Housewives decided to discuss it, turning it into a storyline. There are definitely some rumors circulating, and Kyle and I will address them. It's unfortunate because the girls are aware of the truth behind it all.”
Richards is the sole original cast member left on the Bravo series. Umansky expressed his disappointment with the fact that her co-stars are intensifying the drama and incorporating it into the show.
