An eyewitness reveals that Umansky, aged 53, was seen engaging in flirtatious behavior with a blonde woman at Soho House Austin in the capital of Texas on November 11th. The source emphasizes that there were no instances of kissing, but the pair appeared to be forming a close connection.
According to the witness, Umansky and the unidentified woman were seated beside each other as part of a larger group. The eyewitness observed Umansky flirting, even going so far as to hold the woman's hand at one point. The two were seen whispering to each other while Umansky had his arm positioned behind her. It was evident that they were enjoying each other's company, and the woman reciprocated his advances. Ultimately, the pair left together with the rest of their group.
Umansky recently traveled to Austin, where he recorded an episode of The Skinny Confidential's "Him & Her Show" podcast. He shared a photo on Instagram featuring himself, Lauryn Bosstick, and Michael Bosstick, expressing how much fun he had during the recording. This trip to Texas took place a few weeks after Umansky and Slater debunked rumors about them dating, following Umansky's separation from his wife Kyle Richards. In a sighting last month, Umansky and Slater were spotted holding hands during a dinner outing in Beverly Hills, but their relationship remains platonic.
According to Umansky, their PDA was strictly platonic. "Just to clarify, we are not in a romantic relationship," he stated in an Instagram Story video on October 26th. "We've been dancing together for six weeks now, putting in four hours of practice every single day."

Just days before, Richards experienced a heartfelt moment on stage during the RHOBH panel at BravoCon while opening up about their separation.

They make statements such as, 'Don't proceed with this, you will regret it,'" Richards expressed during her conversation with Us on the red carpet at the convention.
