Here's your guide on how to optimize her abilities for unparalleled power.

Jingliu Light Cones

Jingliu has an array of options when it comes to selecting her preferred Light Cones and Relic sets, as well as a meticulously calculated approach to building her stats. To gain a better understanding of the reasoning behind these choices, let's delve into each section and explore the details.

The best Light Cone for Jingliu, without a doubt, is I Shall Be On My Own Sword. Among all the available options, it not only boosts her CRIT DMG and ATK but also provides a periodic percentage DEF Ignore for a single attack. The synergistic effect of these enhancements amplifies Jingliu's damage output to unprecedented levels that cannot be matched by any other Light Cone.

The Fall of An Aeon is the second best choice as it greatly boosts Jingliu's ATK. It is conveniently available at Herta's Simulated Universe store, allowing players to easily reach S5.

The other three Light Cones are valuable for their direct damage bonuses. Brighter Than The Sun, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae's signature Light Cone, is particularly useful for players who haven't obtained the ideal Relics yet, as it enables them to build more CRIT DMG on Jingliu's Relic set.

In terms of Relic stats, players should strive for a maximum of 50% CRIT Rate on a fully upgraded Jingliu, as her Talent provides an additional 50% CRIT Rate when active. Once this optimal threshold is met, the focus should shift towards attaining 134 SPD and maximizing CRIT DMG, while also incorporating some ATK bonuses.
