In the realm of Teyvat in Genshin Impact, the lands are inhabited by Hilichurls, primordial creatures. These beings form tribes alongside Mitachurls, Lawachurls, Samachurls, and Hilichurl Shooters. They exclusively communicate through their language, Hilichurlian, and are predominantly reliant on violence as their chosen means of interaction.
Defeating Hilichurls in Genshin Impact will grant you Damaged, Stained, and Ominous Masks. These masks are crucial for leveling up characters like Eula, Jean, Traveler, and Xingqiu. The rarity of the drop depends on the level of the Hilichurls you defeat; higher-level Hilichurls (level 60+) have a greater chance of dropping Ominous Masks compared to lower-level ones. Starfell Valley
There are 88 Hilichurls in Starfell Valley; 49 are grouped in various areas, while the rest are scattered around.
Galesong Hill
The Hilichurls in Galesong Hill are at the following locations in Genshin Impact:
27 in Dadaupa Gorge
10 are scattered around the Windrise Statue of the Seven
Two are west of the Temple of the Lion Domain, and there's one southwest of it.
Windwail Highland
The Windwail Highland is currently home to 36 Hilichurls, a group of primitive creatures that can be easily found. Players will encounter these creatures as they travel from Wolvendom to the area located between the Forsaken Rift and the Valley of Remembrance Domain in Genshin Impact.
Brightcrown Mountains
Take the road towards the western side of the Andrius Weekly Boss and head straight to Stormterror's Lair. During the journey, travelers will come across a total of eight Hilichurls. Exploring the edges of the Desert Of Hadramaveth is the best way to farm Ominous Masks since more than 50 Hilichurls are occupying them.
Gavireh Lajavard
Gavireh Lajavard has a total of 52 Hilichurls in Genshin Impact. Most of them are located near a teleportation Waypoint, including the underground ones (marked in yellow).
Hilichurl Locations In Enkanomiya
The lands of Enkanomiya are teeming with Hilichurls, boasting over 90 of these creatures in Genshin Impact. A majority of them, over half in fact, can be encountered in The Narrows and Dainichi Mikoshi. The remaining Hilichurls are scattered across the various other islands.
