"Dancing with the Stars" alum Mark Ballas and his wife, BC Jean, joyfully announced the arrival of their baby boy last month on social media. They both took to their personal Instagram accounts to share an intimate black-and-white photo of their hands holding their newborn son wrapped in a blanket.

Ballas announced the babys name as Banksi Wylde Ballas and his date of birth as November 5, adding: "Welcome to Earth my son."
Jean, also known by her real name Britney Jean Carlson, expressed, "Happy one month, my sweet boy. You are dearly loved."
They announced their pregnancy in June with a short video clip online, joyfully sharing that they had created a "tiny human."

The arrival of Banksis followed a devastating loss for the musical duo Alexander Jean, who shared on their YouTube channel two months ago that they had experienced a miscarriage the previous year. They dedicated a song called "Rainbow" to anyone who has experienced loss, hoping it would bring peace to those who listen.
Charli D'Amelio, who won the previous season of "Dancing with the Stars" with Ballas, congratulated the couple on their new addition in a comment on the new father's Instagram post. She expressed her happiness for them with a "CONGRATULATIONS!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH!!!!," accompanied by six heart emojis. The pair reunited on the dancefloor for the season 32 finale, performing as guest dancers to Rick James' 1981 hit "Give It to Me Baby."
