Rewritten fragment:

Love can blossom even in paradise! Love Island, a reality series that first premiered in 2002 in the U.K., has witnessed some couples who have managed to sustain their romance beyond the show.

Each season of Love Island features a group of individuals who are sequestered in a villa and must pair up with someone to remain on the show.

Millie Court and Liam Reardon, winners of Love Island's Season 7, not only emerged victorious but also found love in each other during their time in Spain. Millie took to Instagram to express her gratitude for the overwhelming support they received throughout the eight weeks and shared a photo of the happy couple. She also expressed her excitement to be reunited with Liam after their quarantine period, as she already misses him dearly.

Some viewers were disappointed to learn that Millie and Liam didn't get engaged, despite their strong relationship. Liam, however, explained in an interview with Capital FM in September 2021 that he never intended to propose during the show. While he acknowledged that it may have seemed that way to viewers, he clarified that his only plan was to ask Millie to be his girlfriend. He also hinted that a proposal may happen in the future, but only time will tell.

In July of the same year, the couple made public that they had ended their relationship. But on a brighter note, Teddy Soares and Faye Winter from the same season of Love Island found love and happiness together after the show. In a post-show interview, Faye disclosed that they had a private moment that wasn't aired on television.

"We actually confessed our love for each other in the villa," she revealed to Capital FM in September 2021.

Teddy disclosed that their declaration of love was kept secret since it took place in the pantry.

"I was really anxious about meeting his brothers and introducing him to my family, especially after everything that had happened. But surprisingly, we hit it off really well," shared Faye at the time. She also confided in Teddy about her feelings and teased him about not saying it back. Teddy clarified the situation, saying, "Actually, I did. I smiled and was taken aback."

‘Love Island U.K.’ Couples Still Together: Where Are They Now?

Love Island, the popular reality series from the U.K., has seen its fair share of couples who have found lasting love since the show's inception in 2002. The show's premise involves isolating a group of individuals in a villa, where they must form couples to remain in the game.

Millie Court and Liam Reardon emerged as the victorious couple of Love Island Season 7 and their victory was not the only thing they took away with them from Spain - they also left with a blossoming romance. After the show's finale in August 2021, Millie posted a picture of the pair on Instagram with a heartfelt caption expressing her gratitude for the support they received and her excitement at being reunited with Liam after their quarantine period.

Some viewers were disappointed when Millie and Liam didn't get engaged on the show, despite their strong connection. However, Liam later revealed that he had no intentions of proposing and simply wanted to ask Millie to be his girlfriend. In a September 2021 interview with Capital FM, Liam explained that while it may have appeared to be a proposal on screen, it was not his intention and he may consider proposing in the future.

In July of that year, the couple made public their decision to end their relationship. However, Teddy Soares and Faye Winter, who were also a match in season 7 of Love Island, left the show and continued their relationship outside of it. Faye later disclosed in an interview that the couple had a private moment that was not aired on the show.

“I actually said that I love Teddy first – we said it in the villa,” she shared with Capital FM in September 2021.

Teddy confirmed that "nobody knows this" because it happened in the pantry.

Faye expressed her uncertainty, stating that nobody knew when they fell in love because it was after their families had met. She admitted to feeling anxious about meeting Teddy's brothers due to past events, but to her surprise, they got along well. Teddy confirmed that he had indeed reciprocated Faye's feelings and was taken aback by the moment.
