A real Khlo-up! Khloé Kardashian has evolved into a successful businesswoman and mother since she first stepped on the scene in Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Fans were introduced to Khloé and her famous family, which includes sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, along with their mother Kris Jenner, in October 2007 when their successful reality series premiered on E!. Since then, the women have excelled in various industries and made a significant impact.

Khloé, in particular, has hosted her own television programs, established a successful clothing line, and expanded her family. In April 2018, the reality star gave birth to her first child, daughter True, with her then-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

Khloé married Lamar Odom in September 2009, but they divorced in December 2013. After helping Odom recover from a near-fatal overdose, Khloé and Lamar officially ended their relationship in December 2016. In September 2016, Khloé began a new relationship with Thompson. After requesting the removal of an unauthorized image from the internet, the former host of Kocktails With Khloé addressed her control over her own social media presence. In an Instagram post, she wrote, "Hey guys, this is me in my natural state, with no retouching or filters," accompanying it with a video of herself in front of a mirror, nearly unclothed. "Although the photo that was shared this week was visually appealing, it is disheartening when someone captures an unflattering image of you in poor lighting or fails to depict your body after putting in immense effort to reach this point—and then publicizes it to the world. Irrespective of one's status, it is absolutely reasonable to request that such photos not be disseminated."

She expressed feeling "pressure, constant ridicule, and judgment" from online commentators. She recalled being told that she was the "fat sister" and the "ugly sister." Additionally, people questioned her paternity due to her different appearance, and some suggested that her weight loss was a result of surgery. She further mentioned that she enjoys using filters, good lighting, and occasional editing but refused to apologize for her posts. She asserted that her body, image, and the content she shares are solely her decision and that nobody has the right to dictate or criticize what is considered acceptable.

Following the conclusion of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the entire family gathered together for an insightful reunion special hosted by Andy Cohen. In the midst of the program, Khloé candidly admitted to undergoing a solitary nose job, with no other cosmetic procedures. "I've entrusted Dr. Raj Kinodia with one nose job, which seems to stir up quite a stir, as people question why I don't openly discuss it."

She asserted that her nose had never been a topic of inquiry prior to the reunion. "No one has ever inquired," she persisted. "You are the initial person during an interview to ask about my nose. I have indeed undergone injections—specifically not Botox. Unfortunately, my reaction to Botox has been extremely unfavorable."

Following their breakup, Thompson faced a child support lawsuit from Maralee Nichols, as confirmed by Us. In his court response, Thompson admitted to having a relationship with the fitness model in March 2021, while still in a relationship with Khloé. After initially requesting a paternity test, Thompson publicly acknowledged that he was the father of Nichols' child one month after the baby's birth. Via Instagram Stories, the former Sacramento Kings player wrote, "Today, the paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I am committed to co-parenting our son in a peaceful manner." Thompson also addressed Khloé in a heartfelt message, expressing remorse for his behavior and the pain he caused her.
