The hometown of The Beatles is getting ready for Taylor Swift's upcoming visit. Liverpool City Council has revealed their plans to rename the city as "Taylor Town" in honor of Swift's 'Eras Tour' taking place at Anfield Stadium from June 13-15.

Beginning June 8, 11 historic spots in the city will be transformed to showcase the "styles and stories" of Taylor Swift's albums on the Taylor Town Trail.

These installations will feature a moss-covered grand piano for Evermore, a 'red room' for Red, giant hearts for Lover, and a mural inspired by the number 13 for Fearless.

In addition, visitors can participate in workshops called “Liverpool Loves Taylor (Craft Version).” These workshops will offer the opportunity to get creative with origami, transform T-shirts in a session called Swif-tee Transformation, upcycle denim, make collages, and decorate cupcakes — all inspired by Taylor Swift.

Local organizations and businesses are also joining in on the fun, such as the University of Liverpool, which is hosting a free event called “Tay Day.”

Tay Day is described as “a unique symposium for academics, students and fans to unpack the cultural phenomenon that is Taylor Swift.”

"The event will feature fun karaoke sessions where researchers present their findings to Taylor Swift's popular songs. In addition, there will be engaging talks on various topics such as her song lyrics, award-winning albums, and her role in feminism and the LGBTQ+ community."

A banner that says “Liverpool Loves Taylor” has been put up on the exterior of St. George’s Hall in the city.

For more information, including workshop dates and ticket details, you can check out the City Council’s Eventbrite page.

The European leg of the Eras Tour started on May 9 at Paris’ La Défense Arena. During the four shows, Swift, 34, introduced a new section of the set featuring songs from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Some of the new additions to the setlist include “But Daddy I Love Him,” “So High School,” “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?,” “Down Bad,” “Fortnight,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”

After completing dates in Stockholm, Sweden, this past weekend, the tour heads to Portugal, Spain and Scotland, before the red carpet gets rolled out in Liverpool
