Channing Tatum's Epic Dad Move: Unveiling Hysterical 'Anti-Hero' Shirt for Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour'

Channing Tatum showcases his awesome parenting skills as he attends Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour' concert in LA with his daughter Everly, proving he's the ultimate Swiftie dad

Channing Tatum earns major recognition as a dad for his personalized Eras Tour attire, stealing the spotlight at Taylor Swift's concert in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 5. Sporting a homemade shirt, the 43-year-old actor gracefully paid tribute to Swift's captivating track "Anti-Hero" from her Midnights album.

The SoFi concert captured the attention of observant Swifties when they spotted the Magic Mike star wearing a black tee with the phrase "It's me, hi, I'm the dad, it's me," as shown in social media photos. Interestingly, Swift, 33, sings a similar line in her "Anti-Hero" chorus, but replaces "dad" with "problem." Tatum, who hinted that his 10-year-old daughter Everly was the main reason for his attendance, adorned his outfit with a bejeweled heart around his right eye, reminiscent of the Grammy winner's look on the cover of her 2019 album, Lover. While Tatum has not provided further details about his experience at the Eras Tour, his girlfriend Zoë Kravitz has mentioned Swift as one of her close friends.

"She was my quarantine companion," Kravitz, 34, revealed to GQ in November 2022, sharing that she and Swift, along with Swift's then-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, spent the lockdown together in England. "Having her as a friend in London was incredibly meaningful, especially because she would prepare delicious home-cooked meals and even organized a birthday dinner for me."

Additionally, the Big Little Lies star lent a hand in co-writing some of the tracks for Swift's album, Midnights, released in October 2022.

Tatum adeptly manages his personal connection with Kravitz while also taking on the responsibility of raising Everly. In 2013, the acclaimed director of The Dog and his then-wife Jenna Dewan, whom he had met during the filming of Step Up in 2006, joyfully welcomed their daughter into the world. Although the couple decided to part ways in 2018, they have maintained a cordial co-parenting relationship.

Their inability to sustain a romantic relationship did not affect their strong co-parenting dynamic and open lines of communication.

After finalizing their divorce in 2019, Tatum and Dewan, both 42, have moved on to new relationships. Tatum has been dating Kravitz since 2021, while Dewan has found love with her fiancé Steve Kazee. Together, Dewan and Kazee have a 3-year-old son named Callum. During their co-parenting journey, Tatum has had to step up and improve his skills as a father to his daughter, Everly, on his own.

"I never anticipated becoming a single father. It was not part of my plans or expectations. I must admit, I felt quite anxious, especially since I was raising a daughter," he admitted in a June interview on NBC's Today show. "I was even searching on YouTube for tutorials on how to braid her hair. I didn't want to be the dad who dropped her off at school looking disheveled."

During that time, Tatum expressed, "I'm just doing my best. Like any other parent, my main goal is to not mess up my child. But deep down, I know I will make mistakes. When I found out I was going to be a parent, I already knew I would be the kind of parent who gets them into more trouble than I can prevent." As they grow older, however, he has come to realize the importance of setting boundaries."
