50 Cent’s lawyer is claiming that Daphne Joy Narvaez’s accusations of rape are linked to her loyalty to Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The rapper’s lawyer, Reena Jain, stated on Monday, May 6, that despite having multiple opportunities to retract her false and malicious accusation, Narvaez has chosen to interfere with the relationship between her 11-year-old son, Sire, and his father, 50 Cent (real name Curtis James Jackson III). The former couple has been co-parenting since their separation in 2013.
Jain explained that the reason behind this situation seems to be Ms. Narvaez's unfortunate involvement and misplaced loyalty to Mr. Combs. They believe that Mr. Combs is behind this attack, despite Mr. Jackson's warnings to Ms. Narvaez and others over the years.

Jain’s statement comes after reports surfaced that 50 Cent is suing Narvaez for defamation. According to court documents obtained by Us, 50 Cent claims that Narvaez falsely accused him of rape and physical abuse during their relationship, which lasted from 2011 to 2013.
In the documents filed on Monday, 50 Cent alleged that Narvaez intentionally tried to damage his personal and business reputation, impact his commercial interests, affect his custody case, and prevent him from seeing his minor son.
50 Cent denied the allegations made by Narvaez in March through Instagram, calling them "false and baseless accusations" in a statement to Us. He stated in court documents that he has faced public ridicule, hatred, and contempt as a result.
Seeking to protect his reputation, 50 Cent is aiming to vindicate his rights against Narvaez's deliberate attack. He is also pursuing punitive and exemplary damages for the significant harm caused by her untrue and defamatory remarks.
Court documents recently referred to Narvaez as a "sex worker" in a lawsuit against Diddy. They also mentioned that 50 Cent was unaware of the full extent of her relationship with the rapper, who is currently facing sexual assault allegations that he denies.
Upon learning about the allegations against Narvaez, 50 Cent took legal action to protect his son and filed for sole custody of Sire. Following this news, Narvaez publicly accused him of abuse on social media.
