Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in a fourth sexual assault lawsuit, it has been confirmed.
An anonymous plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the 54-year-old music mogul in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York on December 6. According to court documents obtained by Us, the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleged that she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by Diddy in 2008. Doe stated that she was 17 years old when Diddy encouraged her to fly to New York City in a private jet to meet him. She claimed that Diddy and his colleagues gave her "copious amounts of drugs and alcohol" before they assaulted her.
The individual is pursuing legal action against Diddy for reportedly violating the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law and Gender Motivated Violence Act, seeking injunctive, declaratory, and monetary relief.
According to the complaint, the defendants targeted a vulnerable high school student as part of a sex trafficking scheme. This involved providing her with drugs and alcohol and flying her on a private jet to New York City, where she was reportedly gang-raped at Mr. Combs' studio by the three individual defendants. Attorney Douglas H. Wigdor stated, "The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life."
Diddy has denied the “sickening allegations,” stating, “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.” The rapper told Us, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” in his own statement.

He affirmed, "I want to make it absolutely clear: I have not committed any of the terrible acts that are being claimed. I will defend my reputation, my family, and the truth."
In late October, Diddy was implicated in three separate sexual assault lawsuits. His former girlfriend, Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura), accused him of rape and ongoing physical abuse over a 10-year period in a filing on November 16. Diddy and Cassie, 37, resolved their case the following day.

In 2023, Diddy's attorney Ben Brafman stated, "Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

After Cassie filed her lawsuit against Diddy, other women also came forward with similar stories of alleged abuse, claiming that Diddy had assaulted them decades earlier. The lawsuits were filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which extended the statute of limitations on assault cases. The deadline to file a new case expired on November 24. At the time, Diddy denied each allegation vehemently. If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673).
