You can now include Brittany Cartwright in the group of people who are in a feud with Lala Kent.
In a clip from part 3 of the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion, 33-year-old Lala shared her issues with 35-year-old Brittany.
"Lala shared with Andy Cohen how Brittany behaved inappropriately during my gender reveal. She even contacted my mother and was completely out of line."
When asked to explain further, Lala recounted a text conversation between Brittany and her mother, Lisa Burningham.
Lala was upset when someone texted her mother on the day she found out they were having a baby girl, questioning the hiring of their nanny without permission. Lala clarified that the person was in Kentucky with Cruz, not present. She mentioned that Jax needed to talk to her instead.
Lala also pointed out that Brittany was actually referring to their babysitter, not a nanny.
"People often use the term nanny to refer to babysitters, but they are actually two different things," she explained.
Lala went on to say, "If it wasn't for Brittany, my mom would have confronted that disrespectful person the next time she saw her. Can you believe that my 63-year-old mom is being interrogated by someone like that? It's unbelievable!"
Lala shared in March that she is expecting her second child, but has not revealed the baby's name yet. She is using intrauterine insemination (IUI) for baby No. 2 and has a 3-year-old daughter named Ocean from her previous relationship with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.
The reality TV star from Vanderpump Rules has been open about her pregnancy on the show. She mentioned that she plans to raise her new baby with the help of her mother.
Lala shared in the April 16 episode of VPR that selecting her future child is a significant moment in her life. She expressed her desire to remove the scientific aspect from the process and focus on the love she feels for her future child. She wants to be able to look at her baby and know that they were brought into the world with immense love, regardless of how unconventional the situation may seem.
Despite not envisioning this path for her life, Lala is thankful for the opportunity to choose her child's father. She believes that motherhood is where she excels, and she is excited about the journey ahead of her as a mom.
Part 3 of the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion airs on Bravo Tuesday, May 28, at 8 p.m. ET.
Editor's P/S:
The ongoing feud between Lala Kent and Brittany Cartwright, as revealed in the Vanderpump Rules reunion, highlights the complexities of personal relationships within a tight-knit group. Lala's accusation that Brittany contacted her mother inappropriately and questioned her nanny hiring without permission reflects a breakdown in communication and boundaries. The distinction between a babysitter and a nanny is a subtle but important detail, and Brittany's use of the term "nanny" may have exacerbated Lala's annoyance. The fact that Lala's mother was interrogated by an unidentified individual adds a layer of disrespect to the situation.
Lala's pregnancy announcement and her plans to use IUI for her second child add a personal dimension to the article. Her decision to choose her future child's father and her focus on love rather than science reflect her unconventional journey to motherhood. While she may not have envisioned this path, she embraces her role as a mother and the opportunity to bring a child into the world with intention. The article provides a glimpse into the challenges and joys of personal relationships, as well as the complexities of motherhood and family dynamics.
