Lala Kent Spills Unrevealed Secrets from 'Vanderpump Rules' Reunion and Unapologetic Towards Raquel Leviss

During her "Give Them Lala" podcast on Wednesday, June 14, beauty mogul Lala Kent hinted at an unresolved storyline from season 10 of Vanderpump Rules that was not addressed during the show or reunion. Kent also acknowledged that certain information may be brought up on camera that cast members may not want to discuss.

"When Andy Cohen questioned whether my friendship with Scheana Shay had any impact on my relationship with Katie Maloney, there were things said by all of us. I was in a difficult position, but I won't disclose the details. During the conversation, I made eye contact with both Katie and Scheana, acknowledging that I couldn't control either of them at that moment, just as they couldn't control the rest of us."

After witnessing Lala Kent, James Kennedy, Katie Maloney, and Ariana Madix engage in questionable behavior, the concerned individual voiced her worries. Despite her apprehension, the group remained silent on the matter. During lunch break, she confided in Katie, who shared the same unease but chose to stay silent as well.

During season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, Scheana and Katie's tensions escalated as Katie accused Scheana of attempting to set up her now-ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, with costar Raquel Leviss on her podcast, "Scheananigans." In a February episode, Katie called out Scheana for being disrespectful and labeled her actions with Schwartz as "gross," demanding that her podcast come to an end.

Scheana defended her choice to provide the TomTom cofounder a platform to talk about his break up. She later stated that Katie had given her consent for Schwartz to date other individuals, including Raquel. However, Katie argued that she and her ex-husband had agreed not to pursue relationships within their friend circle.

At Scheana's wedding to Brock Davies in August 2022, the Minnesota native, who had finalized his divorce from Katie in October of that year, ended up kissing Raquel. However, things took a turn less than a year later in March when news broke that Raquel had been having an affair with Tom Sandoval. The scandal ultimately led to the end of Sandoval and Ariana Madix's nine-year relationship, shortly after Raquel had kissed Schwartz.

After Sandoval and Ariana ended their relationship, the Vanderpump Rules cast discussed the affair and its aftermath during the season 10 reunion. Recently, fans questioned if the cast was too hard on Raquel, prompting Lala to share her thoughts on the matter. She admitted to feeling uneasy after the reunion, specifically regarding her heated exchanges with Raquel on camera.

Lala addressed her previous comments to the former beauty queen during Wednesday's podcast, maintaining her stance. She empathized with Raquel, acknowledging that filming a reality show requires mental fortitude from all participants. However, Lala pointed out that introducing someone who can't handle the pressure hinders her ability to perform her job.

Lala stated that she has no remorse for what occurred at the reunion. (It was later revealed that Raquel had voluntarily admitted herself to a mental health facility following the filming.)

According to Lala, “You are attending the reunion to be held accountable for your actions. I won’t hold back. If you can’t handle it mentally, then this may not be the appropriate setting for you.”
