Lala Kent Drops Bombshells on 'Vanderpump Rules' Reunion, Shows No Sympathy for Raquel Leviss

During the latest episode of her podcast "Give Them Lala", Lala Kent revealed that certain storylines on Vanderpump Rules were left unresolved in season 10 and even during the reunion. The 32-year-old beauty mogul further admitted that some information that is not meant to be addressed might still be brought up on camera.

"I faced a similar situation this season," Lala revealed without disclosing any details. During a conversation with Andy Cohen about how her friendship with Scheana Shay affected her relationship with Katie Maloney, everyone involved said things that caused tension. "Katie and I exchanged a look, and I also glanced at Scheana, realizing that I couldn't control either of them in that moment," Lala explained. "Just like they couldn't control the rest of us."

After the incident, the conversation between Stassi and Katie was kept under wraps. However, Stassi couldn't shake off her unease and eventually confided in Katie during lunch. Despite her own reservations, Katie remained tight-lipped about the incident.

During season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, tensions between Scheana and Katie reached a boiling point as the former was accused by the latter of attempting to set up her now-ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, with Raquel Leviss. This accusation was made after Scheana invited Schwartz onto her podcast to discuss his divorce and connection with Raquel, which Katie found disrespectful and gross, prompting her to ask Scheana to stop her podcast altogether.

Scheana defended her choice to provide a platform for the TomTom cofounder to discuss his separation. She later stated that Katie had given her approval for Schwartz to date other individuals, including Raquel. However, Katie insisted that she and her ex-husband had agreed not to pursue anyone within their circle of friends.

At Scheana Shay's wedding to Brock Davies in August 2022, the former husband of Katie, a Minnesota native, ended up making out with Raquel. However, less than a year later, in March, it was revealed that Raquel had been having an affair with Tom Sandoval, which had started before she kissed Schwartz. The scandal ultimately led to the end of Sandoval and Ariana Madix's nine-year relationship.

The Vanderpump Rules cast discussed Sandoval's breakup with Ariana during the season 10 reunion and analyzed the affair and its aftermath. Recently, fans questioned whether the cast was too harsh on Raquel during the Bravo special, prompting Lala to speak out about the situation. She revealed feeling uneasy about her intense conversations with Raquel on camera and the audience's reaction to them.

Lala addressed her previous statement to the former beauty queen during Wednesday's podcast and expressed her stance on the matter. She empathized with Raquel and explained that in her opinion, everyone who signs up for a reality show should be prepared to handle any kind of criticism. However, when someone is unable to handle it, it hinders the ability of others to do their job.

Lala expressed that she has no remorse for what occurred at the reunion. It was later revealed that Raquel had voluntarily admitted herself to a mental health facility following the intense situation. Lala made it clear that everyone was expected to take responsibility for their actions at the reunion and that she would not hold back. If someone could not handle the pressure, they should not have been there.
