Lala Kent and Ambyr Childers have shown that it's possible to leave drama behind, especially after their past tensions over Randall Emmett.

According to a source exclusive to We, even though things were rocky between Lala and Ambyr initially, they were able to resolve any issues they had years ago. Now, Kent and Childers have a strong friendship.

Kent, 33, felt it was crucial to "make amends" with Childers, 35, as per insider information.

The source mentioned that both Kent and Childers share a common goal and understanding, which is to prioritize what is best for their daughters, who they both have with Emmett, 52.

Childers and Emmett got married in 2009 and had two daughters, London in 2010 and Rhylee in 2013. They ended their marriage in 2017 after almost ten years together. After their split, Emmett started dating Kent amidst rumors that their relationship began before his divorce was finalized.

In 2019, Childers made headlines when she took to social media to address Kent. She posted on Instagram, “Since you are not responding to my texts, I will try here. Lala, I appreciate your love for my children, but please refrain from posting photos of my children on social media until you are officially their stepmother. I hope you understand where I am coming from. Thank you.”

Kent became a mother in 2021 when she welcomed her daughter, Ocean, with Emmett. The couple, who got engaged a year earlier, broke up amidst speculation of a split.

The Vanderpump Rules star shared her feelings of compassion towards Childers after their relationship ended.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in January 2022, she expressed her admiration for the woman and mom, calling her a great figure in his life. Reflecting on the past, she believed that their relationship was founded on deceit and messiness, while acknowledging the woman's positive qualities.

Following their past experiences, Kent and Childers have shared moments together with their daughters, capturing these special occasions.

“They have spent holidays and birthdays together numerous times over the years and they get along great,” the source continues. “Although Lala split from Randall, she’s still really close with his and Ambyr’s girls and she absolutely adores them. Lala and Ambyr have so much in common and they communicate on a regular basis.”

After discussing her plans to have another baby, Kent announced on Sunday, March 3, that she is pregnant via intrauterine insemination (IUI). “I’m expanding my pod,” she captioned an Instagram photo of Ocean looking at her baby bump.

Childers showed her support, writing in the comments section, “Congratulations mama! .”
