Kylie Kelce quietly expressed her support for Taylor Swift following an incident where the singer's publicist, Tree Paine, criticized celebrity gossip account DeuxMoi for sharing unverified rumors about Swift. Kelce, 31, "liked" an Instagram post from the Today show on Friday, December 1, featuring the headline "Taylor Swift's publicist criticizes gossip account DeuxMoi for Joe Alwyn marriage rumors." The post mentioned that Tree Paine called out DeuxMoi for causing 'pain and trauma' with their posts.
Paine, who infrequently uses social media, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, November 30 to strongly refute DeuxMoi's claim that Swift, 33, and Alwyn, 32, had a secret wedding before their breakup earlier this year. The account — whose owner's identity is unknown — had shared an Instagram Story alleging that the former couple had exchanged vows "in either 2020 or 2021," but also claimed that the marriage was not legally binding.
"Enough is enough with these false claims about Taylor from Deuxmoi," Paine wrote alongside a screenshot of DeuxMoi's post. "There was NEVER a marriage or any type of ceremony. This is a ridiculous thing to post. It's time for you to be held accountable for the pain and suffering you cause with posts like these."

Paine's rare statement in support of Swift was applauded by her fans, but DeuxMoi continued to stand by the claim of marriage. "Well, I make zero dollars from lying... can publicists say the same?" read a subsequent Instagram Story from the account. "Also, to refer to something that happened years ago as 'pain & trauma' after recent events seems like a poor choice of words. Either way, I apologize to Taylor."
It was confirmed in April that Swift and Alwyn had ended their six-year relationship. An insider told Us at the time that "fame" played a role in the breakup. "Joe is very shy and never liked all of the attention that came with dating one of the most popular singers in the world," the source explained. "He just didn't like having to be on all the time."
After a short romantic involvement with The 1975’s Matty Healy, Swift has now found love with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Their relationship was first revealed to the public in September when Swift visited Kansas City to support Travis at one of his NFL games. (Swift was also spotted at her fifth Chiefs game on Sunday, December 3, where she watched the team suffer a 27-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Wisconsin.)

Travis, aged 34, shares a strong bond with his sister-in-law, Kylie, who is married to his brother, Jason Kelce, a 36-year-old center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
