Kyle Richards, aged 55, was seen filming for season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She was spotted in front of Bravo cameras at Sutton Stracke’s Surrealism Ball on Saturday, May 11. Joining her were Kathy Hilton, Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, and rumored newcomer Bozoma Saint John. The event, held at Sutton's home, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the surrealist movement.
Richards shared photos of herself on Instagram wearing a black Alexandre Vauthier gown with antlers and flowers in her hair, captioning it with "Let's do this" on Sunday, May 12. Attendees took to social media to post pictures of Richards being filmed with other women while watching YellaCatt perform.
Kyle is the only original cast member of RHOBH who has been on the show since it premiered in 2010. Her fellow OGs, Taylor Armstrong, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, Kim Richards, and Lisa Vanderpump, have all left the show, leaving Kyle as the only constant presence on RHOBH.

Crystal Kung Minkoff announced her departure from the franchise through an Instagram video on April 15. Alongside Kyle and Crystal, season 13 featured Erika, Garcelle, Sutton, Dorit Kemsley, and Annemarie Wiley.
There were speculations about Kyle possibly leaving the show after a tough year for her. Season 13, which premiered in October 2023, focused on Kyle's marital struggles with Mauricio Umansky. Despite facing criticism from her co-stars for wanting to keep her relationship issues private, news of Kyle's separation from Mauricio, 53, was revealed during the season finale. It was confirmed in July 2023 that Kyle and Mauricio had split after 27 years of marriage.
Kyle has openly discussed the toll that season 13 had on her emotions. In a recent podcast interview on "Let's Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa" in March, she expressed her frustration with how her co-stars treated her during the filming of the latest season of RHOBH.
She mentioned that her friends acted more like therapists, but the way they approached her was not from a place of love or concern. Instead of asking if she was okay or offering support, they seemed to attack her. Kyle described it as feeling inhumane and lacking grace.
Kyle mentioned on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in March that the reason for her breakup with Mauricio is private and not for others to know.
She shared that like any marriage, there were issues that arose, especially with busy schedules and raising children. Unfortunately, some of these issues were never resolved, leading to a breakdown of trust in the relationship.
Season 13 was especially tough for Kyle, as she revealed to Extra recently that her decision to return for another season is usually made last-minute. Despite this uncertainty, she acknowledged feeling the increased pressure of her reality TV stardom.
Reflecting on the season, Kyle shared that being constantly scrutinized by both her castmates and the public has made it difficult to navigate her own life. She admitted to finding it challenging to balance her personal journey with the demands of being in the spotlight.
Kyle and Mauricio share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Kyle also shares daughter Farrah, 35, with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
Editor's P/S:
Kyle Richards' journey on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has been a rollercoaster of emotions. As the only remaining original cast member, she has witnessed the comings and goings of her fellow housewives while navigating her own personal struggles. Season 13 proved to be particularly challenging for Kyle, with her marital issues and the scrutiny of her castmates taking a toll on her. Despite the difficulties, Kyle has remained resilient, prioritizing her well-being and setting boundaries to protect her privacy.
Kyle's departure from the show would be a significant loss for "RHOBH" viewers. Her authenticity, humor, and unwavering loyalty have made her a fan favorite. Her presence has provided continuity and a sense of history to the franchise. However, it is understandable that she may need to prioritize her mental health and personal life. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to continue on the show rests with Kyle, and her choice should be respected.
