Kyle Richards Says Real Reason for Her Split From Mauricio Umansky Is Nobody Fking Business

In the last segment of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Kyle Richards firmly states that she will not reveal the true reason behind her separation from Mauricio Umansky.

During the episode that aired on Wednesday, March 13, Kyle, 55, emphasized to host Andy Cohen that the details of her marriage are private and not up for discussion. Andy, 55, had asked a fan question implying that Kyle had been avoiding addressing the specifics of her split with Mauricio.

Kyle shared that in any marriage, issues are bound to arise. Whether it's due to busy schedules or the responsibilities of raising children, challenges are inevitable. Some unresolved issues lingered, never addressed. As Kyle mentioned in an interview, there came a point where his trust was shattered.

He went on to express, "My family is my top priority, and I made every effort to make things work. But eventually, I reached a point where I realized I could no longer overlook certain things. It wasn't about just tolerating them anymore; it was about reaching a breaking point."

Kyle initially believed the split would only be temporary. She mentioned that she never wanted to be in this situation.

In July 2023, it was confirmed that Kyle and Mauricio, who is 53 years old, had separated after being married for 27 years. They have not filed for divorce yet and are still living together. However, Kyle revealed on a recent episode of RHOBH that it is likely Mauricio who will move out of their shared home.

She mentioned that it's difficult for them to talk about divorce. She hasn't noticed any progress if he's thinking about moving out. They have a good relationship, but more like friends.

Andy also mentioned the long-standing rumors of infidelity in her marriage.

Andy asked Kyle if the rumors over the years made him trust Mauricio less. Kyle admitted that they did, and that they also made him feel insecure.

Kyle shared that Mauricio would reassure him by saying, "We can't care. We know the truth." Despite this, Kyle still had doubts because people constantly spread rumors.

When Kyle and Mauricio announced their separation in a joint Instagram statement in July 2023, they insisted that there was no "wrongdoing" in their relationship. However, during the season 13 finale of RHOBH in February, viewers were intrigued by a comment made by Kyle in her confessional.

In the confession, Kyle mentioned that there were certain events that occurred which caused her to lose trust in Mauricio, and this trust was something she could not regain, ultimately leading to the breakdown of their marriage.
