"I had initially intended to share this on my birthday, but I was in Aspen dealing with a lot of noise," Umansky explained in the caption of his series of photos on Friday. "Six years ago, I was overweight and out of shape, but my goal has been to improve myself each year. I felt the need to post this to motivate myself, and to remind all the guys out there that you only post when you've just had a great workout and feel pumped up, haha."

Umansky's flirtatious photos surfaced less than two weeks after it was confirmed that he and Richards had been separated for quite some time after being married for 27 years.
