Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are overjoyed as they embrace the happiness of their precious newborn. According to an exclusive source, the couple has welcomed their first baby boy, and Kardashian, 44, successfully gave birth. The pair couldn't be happier with this delightful news.
On Saturday, November 4, it was confirmed by the US that Kardashian recently welcomed her fourth child in Los Angeles. Kardashian and the Blink-182 drummer, who got married in 2022, announced in June that they were expecting their first child together. They are both already parents to three children. The Kardashian star co-parents her sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8, as well as her daughter Penelope, 11, with her ex Scott Disick. As for Barker, he shares a son named Landon, 20, and a daughter named Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Barker also plays a paternal role to Moakler's eldest daughter, Atiana, 24, who she shares with her ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya.
Kardashian and Barker, who had previously undergone IVF cycles before their wedding, announced their pregnancy in a unique way during a Blink-182 concert. In a nod to the band's "All the Small Things" music video, Kardashian held up a sign in the crowd that read, "Travis, I'm pregnant."
During an interview with Vanity Fair Italia, Kardashian openly discussed her high-risk pregnancy due to her age. She explained that this time around, she had a different group of doctors who imposed numerous restrictions during the first few months. She had to refrain from workouts, Pilates, caffeine, plane trips, and even sex!

She expressed, "The abundance of caution that surrounded me made me slightly apprehensive because previously, I had never been required to exercise such vigilance. It took me some time to overcome the apprehension."
In her third trimester, Kardashian underwent an imperative fetal surgery due to an unspecified medical complication.
In September, via Instagram, she expressed her deep gratitude to the amazing doctors who saved our baby's life. She also acknowledged her husband's unwavering support as he left his European tour with Blink-182 to be by her side during the hospitalization and to care for her afterwards. Reflecting on the experience of going through urgent fetal surgery, she gained a newfound understanding and admiration for mothers who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.
A month later, Barker confirmed on the "One Life One Chance With Toby Morse" podcast that Kardashian's due date was on Halloween. Additionally, he hinted that they had chosen the name Rocky Thirteen for their baby boy.
