Kim Kardashian, pictured here at an event, openly reveals that she had previously engaged in therapy “before” her split from Kanye West. However, she now seeks the guidance of a psychologist for a distinct purpose.

During her GQ interview published on November 14th, Kardashian revealed that she consults a child psychologist for parenting tips and advice. Despite her sisters having their own children, Kim prefers seeking guidance from her "best group of friends."

"We engage in open conversations about various topics, which serves as a form of therapy for me," expressed the founder of Skims. "When it comes to seeking different perspectives or guidance, such as from psychics and mediums, I find solace in spiritual healing."

During her GQ interview, Kim Kardashian described one of her spiritual healers as someone who emits positive energy and vibes. Kim explained that she takes notes when they share insights with her, but she doesn't actively try to make sure every prediction comes true. Instead, she sets the notes aside and often forgets about them. However, when she revisits her session notes after six months, she is amazed to find that many of the things discussed have actually happened.

Kim, a businesswoman and single mom, has four kids: North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4, whom she shares with her ex-husband West, 46. She openly acknowledges the challenges of being a single mom and describes it as a chaotic yet beautiful experience. During an interview on Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast in May, Kim remarked that while the days may feel long, the years pass by quickly, and she embraced the chaotic moments, especially when her children were babies.

In the same podcast interview, Kim expressed that parenting is the most difficult aspect of life. She shared that there are nights when she finds herself crying before bed, pondering on the various moods and personalities of her children. Kim also mentioned the struggle of playing both good cop and bad cop when her children fight, with no one else to step in. She acknowledged that this is a challenge she is actively working on, striving to be more assertive.

Kim consistently imparts the value of religion in her children's lives. In a GQ interview, she revealed, "I'm probably more religious than most people assume." Kim, along with her kids, engages in nightly prayers and frequently reads bible stories together.

"I approach life by viewing everything as valuable lessons," she explained. "Every occurrence unfolds according to its intended purpose, guiding us to the exact place we ought to be. Even if it may seem perplexing initially, it is ultimately guiding us towards our destined path."
