Kim Kardashian Shares Photos of North West As Simba From ‘The Lion King’

Kim Kardashian is proud of her lion cub.

Kim, 43, shared photos of her daughter, North West, 10, in costume as Young Simba from a recent Lion King concert via Instagram on Tuesday, May 28.

In the sweet photos, North is seen wearing a light yellow furry hooded sweatshirt with matching light yellow pants and furry slippers.

North, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, delighted the audience by performing "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" at the Hollywood Bowl. The special performances took place on May 24 and May 25 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Disney's The Lion King animated movie. Kim and Kanye proudly watched their talented daughter from the audience.

The concert spokesperson told People that North's costume was not styled by the production's costume designer. ERL, a fashion brand, announced on Instagram that they designed North's costume.

Before North performed on stage, Jason Weaver, known as the singing voice of Young Simba in the 1994 movie, gave her an introduction.

"She looked really happy and was always smiling," a witness exclusively told us, noting that North never forgot the words and danced all around the stage. She smiled and seemed nervous yet confident, definitely having fun and trying her best.

Kanye pulled out his phone to start recording as soon as she began. The source mentioned that the rapper was seated close to Kim and their other kids, including sons Saint, 7, and Psalm, 5, and daughter Chicago, 6.

The source mentioned that Kanye recorded the entire performance and even gave North a standing ovation. The source pointed out that North's singing talent was evident during the performance, describing her as absolutely adorable and with the potential to be a great singer. North showcased a good voice, danced gracefully across the stage, and had excellent rhythm.
