Khloé Kardashian was surprised by how much her brother, Rob Kardashian, looked like her son, Tatum.

During an appearance on the "SHE MD" podcast on Tuesday, May 7, Khloé, 39, mentioned that her son, Tatum, who is 21 months old and she shares with her ex Tristan Thompson, bears a striking resemblance to her brother, whom she considers one of her favorite people.

Khloé shared, "My son is a year and a half old, and he's already showing signs of being sarcastic. It reminds me of my late dad, Robert Kardashian, who had a really dry and silly sense of humor. There are moments when I see glimpses of my dad in Tatum, and it's just so strange."

Seeing Tatum's similarities to both her dad and brother made Khloé wonder about her son's paternity.

Khloé jokingly asked Rob if he had ever donated sperm, considering he was an IVF or surrogate baby. She even made Tristan take three DNA tests for their daughter Tatum, which he found offensive. While the idea of Rob being the father wouldn't surprise her, she found it disgusting.

Despite her playful theories, Khloé, who has a daughter named True with Tristan, admitted that the NBA player was meant to be the father of their children, even though their romantic relationship didn't work out.

Khloé shared that despite some mistakes, he is a wonderful father and a really nice guy. They now have a great relationship and get along well.

Khloé and Thompson were in an on and off relationship from 2016 to 2021. They finally ended things for good when it was revealed that Thompson had a son named Theo with Maralee Nichols, who was born around the same time Khloé was expecting their second child through a surrogate. Khloé openly discussed how the paternity scandal affected her surrogacy journey.

During my surrogate's entire pregnancy, I must admit that I avoided facing the reality. I felt detached and in denial about the situation. As a result, I didn't allow myself to form a strong emotional connection during the pregnancy. I even refrained from decorating the baby's room out of fear of people finding out, feeling ashamed about the whole situation.

Khloé also shared that she experienced "sensory overload" when she first held Tatum after feeling disconnected throughout her surrogate's pregnancy.

I didn't attend many of the doctor's appointments while my surrogate was pregnant to respect her privacy. I wanted to avoid paparazzi finding out," she shared. "Even though I would always be on FaceTime, it wasn't the same. When Tatum was placed on my chest for skin-to-skin contact by the doctor, I couldn't believe it was happening."

Khloé expressed gratitude for Tristan Thompson's dedication to their children, despite their rocky past. She wanted to make it clear that she wasn't trying to criticize him for his mistakes.

"I feel fortunate to have a father who is actively involved in my life, especially when I see other fathers who are not as dedicated. Even though he doesn't live with us full time, he makes the effort to be present every single day," she shared gratefully.
