I have a slimmer right leg, measuring an inch and a half less in circumference than my left leg, due to the permanent deterioration of my muscles from a car accident I experienced at the age of 16. To compensate for this imbalance, I regularly undergo surgeries and wear a knee brace during my workouts. It is worth mentioning that, while I edited the photo using Photoshop, my intention was to make my thinner leg appear larger to match the size of the other leg. My ultimate desire is to have well-developed, robust thighs, as I am displeased with the current thinness of my legs.
