Khloé Kardashian is currently healing after injuring herself.
Kardashian, 39, revealed the incident happened around “two months” ago and left her unable to work out the way she likes to.
The Kardashians star revealed on Instagram that she had an injury that prevented her from working out as usual for nearly 2 months. She shared her progress, mentioning that she is slowly getting back on track and expects to be fully recovered in a few more weeks.
Despite the setback, Kardashian is committed to getting back to her regular fitness routine. She emphasized the importance of staying prepared so that she doesn't have to start over again.

A reality TV personality shared with the camera, "Don kind of works like a magician on people. He pushes you to your limits, and then you end up coming back for more. You even pay him for it. I'm not sure what kind of special power he has, but this guy is a bit of a wild card, and yet, I find myself going back to him."
Kardashian recently shared another personal health update on The Kardashians. In the episode aired on Thursday, May 30, she disclosed that her camel toe, which she fondly named Camille, had "disappeared" after she lost weight.
"When I gain weight, my butt tends to get bigger. Back when I was heavier, I had a fuller butt. But now that I've lost weight, it's not as big," Kardashian shared with her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, on the show.
