She began the video by demonstrating exercises with resistance bands and a Bosu balancing ball, which she explained can help activate the glutes and core. She then divided the workout into quarters, giving clear instructions for each exercise.

The balance ball was utilized in various ways to target different parts of her body, such as the lower abs, knee lifts, and lunges.

A reality TV personality shared with the camera, "Don kind of works like a magician on people. He pushes you to your limits, and then you end up coming back for more. You even pay him for it. I'm not sure what kind of special power he has, but this guy is a bit of a wild card, and yet, I find myself going back to him."

Kardashian recently shared another personal health update on The Kardashians. In the episode aired on Thursday, May 30, she disclosed that her camel toe, which she fondly named Camille, had "disappeared" after she lost weight.

"When I gain weight, my butt tends to get bigger. Back when I was heavier, I had a fuller butt. But now that I've lost weight, it's not as big," Kardashian shared with her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, on the show.
