Khloé Kardashian celebrated her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson's 33rd birthday. She posted on her Instagram Story on March 13, wishing him a happy birthday. In the photo she shared, Thompson is seen opening a present with their two children, True (6) and Tatum (20 months).

Kardashian shared a second photo of Thompson and his youngest brother, Amari.

“Your mommy is so proud of you,” the Kardashians star added in her caption. “Happy birthday.”

Thompson's mother, Andrea, passed away in January 2023 due to a heart attack. Before her passing, Andrea was the main caregiver for Amari, who has epilepsy. Following her death, Thompson has taken on the responsibility of being the guardian for his 18-year-old sibling. Additionally, Kardashian has offered her support during this difficult time.

Tristan is currently renovating his house in California. However, due to extreme rain, his roof caved in causing flooding. As a result, Tristan and his youngest brother, Amari, are staying at Kardashian's house until the repairs are completed.

Kardashian and Thompson had an on and off relationship from 2016 to 2021. They finally split after Thompson's paternity scandal with Maralee Nichols. Along with their two children, Thompson is also a father to sons Prince and Theo, whom he shares with Jordan Craig and Nichols, respectively.

Kardashian has made it clear that she won’t rekindle her romance with Thompson, but she does plan to co-parent True and Tatum in a friendly manner.

In a January interview with Tmrw magazine, she shared, “With me and Tristan, it would be easy to never talk to him again and just speak badly about him. But it’s much harder to be kind. When you’re really upset with someone, it’s tough to be in their presence in front of your children and greet them with a smile.”

I want to share that I don't feel this way every day. I had to learn how to manage my emotions. Sometimes, my emotions took over and I acted impulsively by tweeting or posting things I regret. However, I believe that I will never regret being kind.
