This year, 39-year-old Kelly Osbourne revealed on "The Osbournes Podcast" that she has made a decision about what she wants for Christmas: plastic surgery.
Kelly's announcement was met with disapproval from her father, Ozzy Osbourne, who exclaimed "Oh f--k. Kelly, don't. Stop." Kelly defended her decision by stating "Well I just think it's my time." Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, also expressed concern, remarking that "It's too early" and pointing out that she herself was in her early 40s when she began getting plastic surgery.
"Kelly is turning 40 soon," her brother Jack Osbourne remarked. "Sharon, who is 71, caused a stir last week by describing her third facelift as 'the worst thing' she ever did."

During an interview with The Times in the UK, Osbourne admitted, "I looked like Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there, and my mouth was all skew-whiff. I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected." In her 2013 memoir, "Unbreakable," she confessed to undergoing two facelifts, one in 1987 and another in 2002. Despite swearing off plastic surgery, she later had a third facelift in 2021.
The reason she chose to undergo surgery again was due to her vanity and ego. Despite receiving compliments about her appearance for her age, she knew what she truly looked like. She admitted to taking Ozempic, a semaglutide injection to lower her blood sugar levels, and was open about losing 30 pounds in just four months. In a recent interview, she disclosed that she now weighs under 100 pounds and is struggling to put on weight.
Kelly appears determined to follow in her mother's footsteps and undergo plastic surgery, despite her mother expressing regret about her own decision to do so. She has also previously denied rumors that she has already had any cosmetic procedures.

"I only did Botox," she told the Daily Mail in September. "It's strange because now that I've lost weight, everyone is criticizing and trying to figure out what I've done, when really I just lost weight. It's just the shape of my face."
In 2021, Kelly also shut down rumors and said via Instagram video that she had “never done anything to my face other than a couple of injections in my lips, in my jaw and in my forehead here.”
