Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole seems to have her eye on a new NFL star — Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Nicole, 32, re-shared a video from X (formerly Twitter) of Hurts, 25, at a Philadelphia 76ers game on November 27, with the caption "Fly eagles fly." The clip zoomed in on Hurts. When some X users teased Nicole in the comments about admiring the athlete, she defended herself with a flirty tweet.
“Y’all have eyes too. ,” she wrote.
Some commenters commended Nicole's candidness. "Lmao, she's so genuine for saying this because yeah, we're all infatuated with him," one X user expressed. Others, however, noted that Hurts is already in a serious relationship with his longtime girlfriend Bryonna Rivera Burrows.
One person expressed, "I would usually be totally in favor of this because it would be an incredible rebound. But, he has a girlfriend, so it's somewhat disrespectful." Nicole had a previous on-and-off relationship with Kelce, 34, from 2017 to 2022. In October, as Kelce's romance with Taylor Swift gained attention, Nicole talked about the criticism she has faced from online trolls regarding her dating life.

In an Instagram video, she spoke about the challenges of falling in love and read from a heartfelt letter addressed to Black girls. "They may call you a traitor for falling in love," she said. "You'll hope the ones closest will protect you, but you will quickly find out that people don't protect what they don't value. They'll say you're too much, too provocative, too boisterous, too outspoken, and in the same breath, tell you that you aren't enough."
Later that month, Nicole spoke to People about a significant breakup she experienced a year earlier. Without directly naming Kelce, she mentioned that the heartbreak prompted her to seek therapy.
As for Kelce, he discussed the split on "The Pivot Podcast" in January, debunking Barstool Sports' claim that the breakup occurred because he insisted Nicole pay for half of everything.
The tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs advised against believing the rumors. "She had a financially stable life and was successful in her career," he said. Nicole also refuted the rumors, stating, "Not sure where this nonsense came from, but it's absurd and completely false," in a message via X in May 2022.
Kelce has now moved on with Swift, 33. The two were initially spotted together in September when Swift attended one of Kelce’s games in Kansas City. Sources exclusively told We earlier this week that the pair are planning to spend Christmas and New Year’s together.
“Travis has already begun Christmas shopping and has some really special surprises in store for Taylor,” one insider shared. “Their connection is incredible, and they are eagerly looking forward to celebrating together."
