Jalen Hurts Makes Red Carpet Debut with Girlfriend Bry Burrows at Time100 Next Gala

Jalen Hurts made a rare appearance with girlfriend Bryonna “Bry” Burrows while attending the Time100 Next Gala this week.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, 25-year-old Hurts, and Burrows made a stylish appearance on the red carpet in New York City on October 24. They attended the prestigious annual event, Time100 Next gala, which honors influential individuals from around the globe. Among this year's list of impactful figures, Hurts earned a well-deserved spot. Looking elegant, the couple posed for photographs, with Burrows donning a stunning floor-length black gown and Hurts dressed in a sharp black suit.

Hurts was recognized as one of the cover stars of Time100 Next, alongside country singer Kelsea Ballerini and restaurateur Mory Sacko.

In February, Hurts guided the Eagles to the Super Bowl showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs, unfortunately falling short in the end. Fast forward to 2023, three years after being drafted by the Eagles, Hurts secured his position as the highest-earning NFL player by signing a lucrative five-year contract extension worth a staggering $255 million.

Regarding his romantic life, Hurts and Burrows usually prefer to keep their relationship out of the public eye. In April, the professional football player confirmed their connection, three months after speculation of their romance began when they were spotted together during the Eagles' NFC Championship win against the San Francisco 49ers.

During an interview for the cover story of Essence magazine, Hurts stated, "I'm not currently married or anything of that nature. However, I am in a committed relationship."

The athlete mentioned that he and Burrows initially met while studying at the University of Alabama and have had an intermittent relationship ever since. "I realized this a long time ago," Hurts revealed to Essence. "Up until now, it remains an irreplaceable emotion. I believe this is what brought us to our current stage."

As for Burrows, she completed her MBA at the University of Alabama and currently holds a position at IBM as an artificial intelligence partner.

Hurts commented on the high-profile romance between Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift at Tuesday's gala. He jokingly expressed that it's not his personal interest and emphasized his dedication to winning football games. Swift, 33, and Kelce, 34, fuelled speculation about their relationship when she attended a Chiefs' home game against the Chicago Bears. Since then, the Grammy winner has been seen supporting Kelce at his games nationwide, and the couple was recently spotted holding hands during consecutive date nights in NYC.
