Kate may have some assistance in the kitchen. Her children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, share her passion for baking. A few years back, the three of them worked together to bake a Mother's Day cake for their mom. It's possible that one or more of them will join forces again in the upcoming weeks to make their siblings' birthdays extra memorable.
Kate is there and able to be a mom, which is the most important thing. When she shared her diagnosis, Kate reassured her children by saying, "I am well and I'm getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal in my mind, body, and spirit."
Friends of the royal family told People in a cover story that Kate is finding strength in her kids’ presence.
The children “buoy [Kate and William] with smiles,” a family friend said.
Kate was unable to attend the royal family’s Easter celebration on March 31 due to her ongoing recovery. Instead, she and William chose to celebrate privately with their children. Kensington Palace mentioned that the princess will return to her regular duties once she gets the green light from her medical team.
In a statement, Kate expressed her need for some time, space, and privacy as she continues her treatment. She mentioned that her work has always brought her joy and she looks forward to returning when she is fully recovered. At the moment, her focus is on making a complete recovery.
