The event, held in London on Monday, June 19, saw the two royals standing together. The Order of the Garter, the oldest and most prestigious Order of Chivalry in the U.K., is held annually in June after the Trooping the Colour event. Initiated by King Edward III in 1348, this year's ceremony included the presence of Prince Charles, 74, the Prince of Wales, along with other members of the royal family and 24 distinguished individuals known as Royal Knights and Ladies and Foreign Sovereigns.
