Kate Beckinsale, the actress, is still getting better after being in the hospital for a health problem earlier this year.

She, who is 50 years old, shared a peek into her yoga workout on Instagram on May 19. In the video set to the song "Break My Stride" by Matthew Wilder, Beckinsale demonstrated various yoga poses wearing a black tank top and leggings. She added a yoga-appropriate folded hands emoji in the caption.

Several fans praised the star’s yoga skills in the comments of the post. One fan wrote, “I love it! I did some vinyasa yoga today. I usually run and do strength training, but I also enjoy yoga and meditation. It’s great for the body and soul.”

Beckinsale replied to the fan, saying, “It helps so much ️.”

The British actress recently posted on social media for the first time in two months. Previously, she had shared a heartfelt message on U.K. Mother’s Day, thanking those who support and care for her during tough times. She also expressed gratitude for those who look after her dogs, bring positivity into her life, and offer love and comfort when she is unwell.

Although she did not reveal the reason for her hospital stay, Beckinsale shared more photos from her time there on Instagram. One picture shows her in light blue pajamas with a large black hair bow, while another features her wearing bunny-themed socks.

She captioned the since-deleted bunny socks snap on March 31 with "Happy Easter." Gwen Stefani expressed concern for the actress' health in the comments, asking, "What's wrong?" Rebel Wilson's fiancée, fashion designer Ramona Agruma, also commented, "Get well darling."

Kate Beckinsale shared a post on her Instagram account.

She later removed all posts related to her hospital visit. However, in an Instagram photo posted on April 17, she hinted at her health issues by wearing a "Tummy Troubles Survivor" T-shirt.

The Guilty Party star is showing signs of recovery, as she was joined by her cute St. Bernard for a recent workout. In a series of funny Instagram clips posted on April 18, she joked, "Well. Fitness used to be my passion..." as she playfully chased her furry companion around the gym before relaxing on the floor together.

In the following weeks, Beckinsale revealed her role opposite Scott Eastwood in the upcoming kidnapping drama Stolen Girl. She also marked her return to the red carpet in a stunning sheer white gown at the King’s Trust Gala in New York City on May 2. To complete her glamorous look, she accessorized with a green clutch, matching nails, diamond earrings, and a black hair bow.

Beckinsale clarified that plastic surgery was not the cause of her hospital stay. In a now-deleted Instagram post on May 5, she expressed her frustration, stating that constantly accusing someone of things they haven't done, or being overly focused on youth when she is actually dealing with loss, is a form of bullying. She urged for the accusations to stop.
