Josh Allen is giving dating advice to Travis Kelce, a fellow football player who was declined the opportunity to meet Taylor Swift. During an interview with FanDuel TV on Thursday, August 3, Allen, 27, was asked if he had any advice for Kelce, 33, regarding dating "superstar talent." Without hesitation, Allen shared his thoughts.

"Friendship bracelets won't do the trick," jokingly remarked the Buffalo Bills quarterback about Kelce's unsuccessful attempt to impress Swift, 33, by giving her jewelry with his phone number on it at a recent Eras Tour show. "But I must admit, it's difficult to turn down Travis Kelce."

In a late July episode of the "New Heights" podcast hosted by Travis and his brother Jason Kelce, Travis shared his failed attempt at trying to win over Swift.

Travis expressed his disappointment about not being able to talk to Taylor Swift before or after her shows, as she needs to conserve her voice for the 44 songs she performs. He mentioned feeling a little upset about not being able to personally hand her one of the bracelets he had made for her.

Travis proceeded to describe the tradition of exchanging jewelry at Swift's concerts to his brother. He mentioned that he had received several bracelets while attending the concerts, but he had hoped to give Taylor Swift one with his own number on it.

Jason, a 35-year-old player for the Philadelphia Eagles, was intrigued to know if his brother, who is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, was talking about the numbers on his jersey, 87, or his phone number. Travis chuckled and answered, "You know which one."

He went on to say, "She doesn't really meet anyone, or at least she didn't want to meet me, so I took it personally. But the show was incredible. Kansas City truly showcased their enthusiasm. Everyone was dressed in vibrant pink and purple, going wild for her."

Swift, originally from Pennsylvania, has consistently expressed her support for Jason's team, the Philadelphia Eagles. She even gave them a mention in her song "Gold Rush" from the album Evermore. This loyalty towards the Eagles may have affected her willingness to date someone who supports the Chiefs, as Jason suggests.

"Perhaps she is still invested in the Super Bowl and hasn't moved on yet... Maybe she just fabricated something," Jason playfully hinted. (In the championship game held in February, the Chiefs triumphed over the Eagles with a score of 38-35.)

Travis is still trying to figure out how to go on a date with a pop star, while Allen has been in a relationship with singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld since earlier this year. The couple sparked dating rumors in May, shortly after Allen's former girlfriend Brittany Williams unfollowed him on social media.

Since they were first spotted together, Allen, 26, and Steinfeld have been seen together multiple times, and Allen recently opened up about their relationship publicly.

During his guest appearance on the "Pardon My Take" podcast on August 2nd, he expressed astonishment at the continued interest surrounding reports of him "making out" with Steinfeld.
