Jon Bon Jovi has confessed that he hasn't always been perfect in his 35-year marriage to childhood sweetheart Dorothea Hurley. The rocker first hinted at his past infidelities in his 1993 song, "Bed of Roses". In a recent interview, the 62-year-old singer spoke openly about Hurley and commended her for her patience and understanding throughout their relationship.
"These are all the classic stereotypes of being a rock star," he shared with The Independent in Britain. He emphasized the importance of being honest about not being perfect while also maintaining a stable home life.
Describing their bond as a "mutual admiration society," he expressed gratitude for the fact that they have matured and evolved together.
In 2007, he openly admitted that he wasn't the best husband. Speaking to Best Life magazine, he mentioned, “I’ve been in one of the biggest rock bands in the world for 25 years... It’s not like Dorothea came in halfway through the movie and didn’t know what she got."
