Jesse Lally talked about the end of his marriage to Michelle Lally after filming The Valley. On the episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Tuesday, May 21, Jesse, 43, answered a question about when he and Michelle, 36, decided to end their marriage after the Bravo series finished filming.
He shared, "We split literally two days after our five-year anniversary in mid-October 2023. We went to Montecito and had the conversation when we got back."
Michelle also shared details about her and Jesse's breakup timeline. After filming The Valley in the summer of 2023, Michelle ended their relationship as soon as the cameras stopped rolling.
Michelle shared on the "When Reality Hits" podcast in April that she had a conversation with Jesse at the beginning of October. She mentioned that she realized their relationship was no longer working and expressed her desire to file for divorce. Jesse and Michelle had been apart since October, giving them the freedom to date and do as they pleased. Michelle stated that she was prepared to file for divorce immediately following their discussion.

"I have filed for divorce and it is in process. Hopefully, it will be finalized before the end of the year," she mentioned, explaining that the legal process typically takes at least six months after the initial filing. Currently, there is no need to go to court as most details are agreed upon. The goal is to complete the process and move forward with life.
Michelle also shared, "That's why I felt it was important to file quickly. It was a bit complicated with the show because the news was going public and we had to figure out how to address it. There were some uncertainties about the timing of the filing."
Jesse and Michelle tied the knot in 2018 after dating for many years. In 2020, they welcomed their daughter Isabella into the family. However, it became evident during the first season of the Vanderpump Rules spinoff that their marriage was facing difficulties.
We announced their separation in March, just days before The Valley premiered. Michelle has moved forward with Aaron Nosler, while Jesse is currently in a relationship with his girlfriend Lacy Nicole.
Jesse shared with Us earlier this month how happy he is with his friend turned girlfriend. He described her as an amazing person with a loving soul, and they are both thrilled to be in a new relationship. They are taking things slow and enjoying their time together, feeling grounded and happy.
Michelle also expressed how her new relationship has brought new energy into her life.
"I haven't felt this happy in a long time. My boyfriend and I have an amazing connection. He's so kind," she shared with Us magazine in May. "He goes above and beyond to make me happy. He's great with Isabella and truly adores children. It's so nice to be in a loving and healthy relationship."
Catch The Valley on Bravo on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET, and you can stream new episodes on Peacock the following day.
