Jenny McCarthy Declines Bethenny Frankel’s Invitation to Join ‘RHONY’ Due to Personal Values

Jenny McCarthy declined an offer to join the Bravo show Real Housewives of New York almost a decade ago, as revealed by her. She explained that she no longer has any desire to engage in mean-spirited behavior. Instead, Jenny wants to focus on positivity and avoid being catty. She mentioned that she cannot afford to keep up with the lavish lifestyle of the Housewives. This is why she feels more comfortable as a celebrity panelist on FOX's popular show, The Masked Singer.

McCarthy is not entirely against a little deception. She has not seen The Traitors yet, but she is willing to consider being on season 3, which is currently looking for participants.

She mentioned, "Maybe I'll give it a try. I enjoy mind games that are positive in some way. However, as I age, I am focusing on surrounding myself with as much positivity as I can."

"I have hope that we could have Beyoncé on one day," she shared. "I didn't guess correctly because I thought, 'there's no way we could get a celebrity that big.'"

McCarthy mentioned exciting theme nights for The Masked Singer, such as one dedicated to The Wizard of Oz. She will dress up as the Good Witch, Rita Ora as Dorothy, and Jeong as the Cowardly Lion.

The Masked Singer will make its debut on Fox on Wednesday, March 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
