Kelly Killoren Bensimon made it a priority to prioritize her fitness routine before hitting the beach on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, in order to look and feel her best. Following menopause, Bensimon noticed changes in her body and decided to make changes through both exercising and dieting. In an interview with the Daily Mail published on Tuesday, June 13, Bensimon shared that she has lost 9 inches and went from weighing 145 pounds to 135 pounds.
"I credit my body's shape to the variety of sports I engage in and my active sex life, which provides a good cardio workout," she stated. Recently, the reality TV personality has been romantically linked to a talented athlete, whom she describes as truly amazing."
In an interview with the outlet in April 2022, she spoke highly of him, describing him as incredibly intelligent and talented in sports. She felt grateful to have met him and was excited to see where their relationship would go.
Kelly had shared with We her experience in navigating the dating scene prior to meeting her partner almost a year ago. In an exclusive interview with Us in December 2021, she expressed her enjoyment of dating, describing it as an exciting activity in New York City, where one has access to various dating apps, bars, friends, and work opportunities during the holiday season.
Kelly Bensimon's real estate agent suggests that going out in groups is the best way to meet people. Being with friends creates an energetic and positive vibe that attracts others. To maximize the chances of meeting new people, it's important to put away your phone and engage with those around you.
Kelly also maintains her fitness by attending Equinox's DanceBody classes and doing Soul Cycle workouts. She has revealed that she works out 4-5 times a week alongside her weight loss journey through sex. In addition, she has also made it a priority to consume healthy meals to support her overall health and wellness. Kelly, who hails from Illinois, is a proud mother of two children with her husband, Gilles, who is 79 years old.
Kelly revealed that she now consumes more food than before but avoids carbs for six days in a week. She also advised against eating banana cake and suggested opting for a croissant instead, stating that banana cake contains a surprising 600 calories whereas a croissant has less than 300. Currently, the author of American Style is busy filming RHONY: Legacy alongside her fellow Bravo costars, including Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer.
