Taylor Swift is getting ready to host a Tortured Poets Department board meeting during her European Eras Tour concerts.

In a video uploaded to YouTube Shorts on Thursday, April 25, the 34-year-old singer shared a glimpse of her tour preparation with the caption, "A fortnight till Paris." The video shows Swift rehearsing her setlist with her backup dancers.

Fans who paid close attention noticed that Taylor Swift performed songs like “Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince” and “Karma” during her recent shows. However, they also caught glimpses of some songs that had never been performed live before.

During one performance, Swift was seen playing a white guitar, leading fans to connect the ivory color to her new album, The Tortured Poets Department. Additionally, a desk was spotted on stage, possibly hinting at a reference to the album. In another video, Swift, sporting her popular PopFlex Active skort, leaned against a railing with white letters that fans speculate could spell out “TTPD.”

One user pointed out via X that the TTPD logo can be seen on the railing. They also mentioned that TTPD is getting her own set at The Eras Tour!

In addition to posing on the railing, Swift wore black lace-up heels. Some social media users compared these heels to the Victorian-inspired pumps she wore in her "Fortnight" music video with Post Malone. ("Fortnight" is also the lead single off of TTPD.)

In another scene from the YouTube clip, Taylor Swift is seen with her backup dancers who are wearing circus-inspired top hats. Fans think this could be a hint at a performance of “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” on TTPD. This is because of the lyrics mentioning the circus life and removing teeth.

One more social media fan shared their thoughts, saying, "I have a feeling these are rehearsal photos for TTPD songs because we've never seen the dancers with hats and sticks before."

Some Taylor Swift fans, known as Swifties, believe they have decoded the upcoming songs that will be included in The Tortured Poets Department (TTPD) based on a post by Pandora on Instagram. The streaming platform shared a graphic asking, "What song are you listening to next from The Tortured Poets Department?" and mentioned tracks like "Fortnight," "The Alchemy," "But Daddy I Love Him," "Down Bad," and "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart." Taylor Swift's official fan account, Taylor Nation, also shared this post on their Instagram Story page last Thursday.

One of Apple Music’s playlists, called “Taylor Swift Essentials,” has been updated to include songs like “Fortnight” and “Down Bad,” which fans believe may hint at future setlist plans. However, Apple’s official Eras “Setlist” playlist has not been updated to feature any songs from TTPD.

Wondering what the best song on Taylor Swift’s album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ is?

Swift started her Eras Tour in March 2023, touring the United States and Central America before heading to international locations. After successful shows in Japan, Australia, and Singapore, Swift is currently taking a break for a month.

The next show for the Grammy winner is in Paris on Thursday, May 9. However, Swift has not announced any changes to the set list to incorporate her latest album, TTPD. Fans might still get a chance to hear the new tracks during her acoustic "surprise song" segment.
