Where to Find Kuza Beast in Final Fantasy 16

Completing The Weight of Command and Self-Determination side quests enables players to interact with Dorys again at the hideaway during the Back to Their Origin main quest instead of using the Hunt Board. To initiate this hunt, players must speak to Dorys and escort her to Balmung Dark in Waloed.

To begin, go up the stairs from the Ravenwit Walls Obelisk and head north to find Dorys. She will seek assistance in rescuing some Bearers. Players need to locate three areas with enemies, defeat them, and read the letters found at these locations. After speaking to Dorys and obtaining the key, unlock the locked gate near the prison's entrance and find the crying girl. Dorys will join and it is now time to locate the Kuza Beast through the hole near the entrance.

How to Beat Kuza Beast in Final Fantasy 16

The Kuza Beast resembles the Behemoths previously encountered by Clive. However, being a Notorious Mark, it poses a significantly greater threat, necessitating heightened caution. Familiarize yourself with the following attack patterns:

The Kuza Beast will initially attempt to approach and use melee attacks and rushes. It is important to be aware of the clear signals for these moves, but also pay attention to the timing for dodging in order to avoid potential harm.

When Clive is positioned far away, the Kuza Beast often employs its magical abilities, specifically the Comet attack, which should be evaded at any cost. After avoiding the initial impact, remember to leap in order to escape the shockwave produced by the descending fireballs.

After the health of the Kuza Beast drops below fifty percent, it will initiate the summoning of three consecutive Comets. The aforementioned measures still stand true, thus employ tactics like Deadly Embrace or Titanic Block to evade potential harm.

The Kuza Beast's attacks are extremely powerful, making it crucial to avoid any errors. It is important to maintain Clive's health at a good level and stay nearby to utilize Eikonic Abilities to stun the creature and deal heavy damage. Once the fight is over, the crew will return to the hideaway to complete the side quest.

Successfully defeating the Kuza Beast will reward players with 5500 XP, 90 Ability Points, 15000 Gil, and 35 Renown. Additionally, there will be two pieces of Meteorite and one Behemoth Shackle available for crafting purposes.
