Though there is still ongoing speculation surrounding upcoming Genshin Impact characters Wriothesley and Navia, it appears that Neuvillette will possess an incredibly adaptable kit that fully utilizes the innovative Ousia and Pneuma mechanics. These leaks originated from the Chinese Baidu forums and were subsequently translated into English by vivliz for the Genshin Impact Reddit community. Neuvillette has the potential to serve as an on-field DPS or an off-field Support DPS, effectively assuming the role of a Hydro counterpart to Yae Miko. His Elemental Skill is particularly advantageous for the entire team.

Neuvillette's versatility is linked to the buffs he provides when he is either on the field or off the field for more than two seconds, as it also affects his Ousia and Pneuma polarity. His Elemental Skill is based on his HP, while his Normal Attacks rely on his ATK. However, when Neuvillette is on the field, his buff increases the damage of his Normal Attacks based on his HP.
