Boss Drop - How to Get "Tourbillon Device"
The "Tourbillon Device" item is the boss drop utilized in Wriothesley's ascension. It can only be acquired by vanquishing the Prototype Cal. Breguet, also referred to as the Experimental Field Generator. This formidable boss, originally created to elevate the Court of Fontaine into the skies, is located within the remnants of the Fontaine Research Institute, specifically within the former Academic Assembly Hall.
