The popularity of the Wanderer surpasses that of most characters and is unmatched by any. This individual, who wields an Anemo catalyst, goes by various names such as the Wanderer, Balladeer, Kunikuzushi, Scaramouche, and more. As a member of the Fatui Harbingers and a puppet created by a god, the Wanderer had long been anticipated by fans who yearned to see him in action. Finally, their wishes were granted during the Sumeru arc, and the Wanderer became a playable character.

Scaramouche, contrary to popular belief, possesses an Anemo Vision, despite speculations that he would be an Electro character. Consequently, in order to ascend him, Vayuda Turquoise is required. Interestingly, he also necessitates items from both Inazuma and Sumeru.

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Handguards
While the Wanderer is commonly associated with Sumeru, players will need to visit his homeland, Inazuma, to acquire some of his ascension materials. This is because the Handguards, dropped by his enemies, cannot be obtained in Sumeru. These foes, known as Nobushi and Kairagi, are rogue samurai residing in the Inazuman archipelago.
Yashiori Island is the primary hotspot for encountering large numbers of these samurai, although they can be found throughout Inazuma. Additional areas where they frequently appear include Tsurumi Island and the northern region of Narukami Island.
Enemies must be at certain levels to drop higher-quality items. The same is true for Nobushi and Kairagi.
At any level, they can drop Old Handguards
At level 40 and higher, they can drop Kageuchi Handguards
At level 60 and higher, they can drop Famed Handguards
Boss Drop - How to Get Perpetual Caliber
To obtain the boss drop for the Wanderer, it is necessary to return to Sumeru. The Perpetual Caliber, the desired material, can be obtained from the Aeonblight Drake, a boss located within Devantaka Mountain. Accessing this boss might pose a challenge, but the most efficient approach is to teleport to the waypoint situated at the northernmost point of the crater valley in the middle of the mountain, where a colossal Ruin Guard awaits. Then, employ Dendro on the Clusterleaf of Cultivation and proceed towards the cave. Veer right to locate the boss.
Local Specialty - Where to Find Rukkhashava Mushrooms
Content must be written in English:
For those who wanted to ascend Collei upon Sumeru's initial release, locating Rukkashava Mushrooms proved to be quite a challenge. This local delicacy is also sought after by the Wanderer, further complicating the search. These mushrooms can be found in various locations, but their hidden nature makes them difficult to locate. They are typically found underground, in trees, or under large mushroom caps. Some notable areas where Rukkashava Mushrooms can be found include north of Pardis Dhyai, around Mawtiyima Forest, in caves around Devantaka Mountain, and around Apam Woods.
Fortunately, there are two NPCs who sell these mushrooms: Ashpazi in Gandharva Ville and Aramani the Aranara, located within a cave under a rock formation in the dream version of Vanarana. Both NPCs offer five Rukkashava Mushrooms for 1,000 Mora each and restock their supply every three days.

Talent Books - Praxis
There are three talent books in each region, and in Sumeru, one of them is Praxis. This series is the one used by the Wanderer for his talent upgrades.
These talent books can be farmed in the Steeple of Ignorance on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Trounce Materials - Daka's Bell
The fact that the Wanderer utilizes a material sourced from... themselves for enhancing their abilities may seem peculiar, but this is also the case for Childe. It appears to be a common practice among the Fatui Harbingers.
The particular item employed by the Wanderer for enhancement purposes is known as Daka's Bell. It can be acquired by emerging victorious in the boss battle against Scaramouche, referred to as Joururi Workshop in technical terms.
