Shortly after her release, Yae Miko quickly proved her worth in Genshin Impact. Her personality shines through her Story Quest, showing how sassy and mysterious she can be.

Yae Miko was highly anticipated in Genshin Impact before her release. After debut, she faced challenges fitting into Meta due to the abundance of DPS characters. However, she now comfortably holds a position as an Electro Sub-DPS in Quicken and Bloom teams. Recent updates have transformed her into a valuable character, making her an essential component in team compositions.

Yae Miko + C6 Sara + Raiden Shogun + Kazuha

This team relies on quickly rotating through all of its characters’ Elemental Skills and Bursts. Raiden plays a crucial role by providing a large amount of energy to the team. Working alongside Yae Miko, who focuses on dealing damage with her Elemental Bursts, Raiden and Miko form a strong rotation. Miko typically spends more time on the field, while Raiden should only be active during her Burst to recharge Yae’s Burst for each rotation.

Having C6 Sara in the team can significantly boost the damage output of any Electro unit in Genshin Impact. Even at C0, Sara serves as a decent buffer, although her buffs have specific limitations and conditions. Kazuha enhances the team by increasing Electro DMG, reducing enemies' resistance to Electro, and providing crowd control by grouping enemies together. This synergy allows Yae Miko to fully utilize her abilities.

Team Roles

Yae Miko: Sub-DPS

Kujou Sara: Sub-DPS, buffer

Raiden Shogun: Sub-DPS, buffer, battery

Kazuha: Crowd control, buffer, debuffer (with Viridescent Venerer)

Yae Miko + Tighnari + Sucrose + Baizhu

In Genshin Impact, Tighnari and Yae make a strong team with their Electro/Dendro combo. Tighnari relies on Quicken and Spread reactions, so having a good Electro enabler like Yae is essential. Yae's continuous Electro attacks and wide area of effect work well with Tighnari. Plus, the Quicken debuff boosts Yae's damage output, making her even more effective in battles.

Team Roles

In the last two slots, it's beneficial to have strong Supports like Sucrose and Baizhu. Baizhu, in addition to being a top-tier healer, also enhances Dendro reactions in Genshin Impact. Meanwhile, Sucrose plays a crucial role in grouping enemies together to boost Tighnari's Charged attacks and Spread reactions. Furthermore, Sucrose provides a significant Elemental Mastery buff that benefits both Yae and Tighnari.

Yae Miko: Sub-DPS, Electro enabler

Tighnari: Main DPS, Dendro enabler

Sucrose: buffer, debuffer (with Viridescent Venerer)

Baizhu: Healer, buffer

Yae Miko + Nahida + Furina + Venti

This Archon/Yae Hyperbloom team in Genshin Impact is most effective against large groups of enemies that can be controlled by Venti’s Elemental Burst. Venti is considered one of the best CCs (Crowd Control) in the game and fits well in any team composition where his teammates are hitting enemies in an AoE (Area of Effect). Yae Miko’s Skill and Burst also hit in a small AoE, making Venti's support crucial. Additionally, Venti's Viridescent Venerer can reduce the enemy's Electro RES, Elegy for the End can buff the entire team, and Venti can provide Energy to Electro characters once his Wind Vortex ends.

Moreover, the Dendro Archon, Nahida, can link enemies and continuously trigger Dendro on them each time an Elemental reaction occurs. Since Yae Miko deals continuous Electro DMG (Damage), she ensures that Elemental reactions always trigger on linked enemies. Nahida also grants a significant Elemental Mastery boost to the active character, up to 250. Finally, the pretend Archon, Furina, can boost the team's damage while occasionally applying Hydro for Hyperbloom. To focus more on the Hyperbloom aspect, players can try to ensure Venti absorbs Hydro with his Vortex instead of Electro.

Team Roles

Yae Miko: Sub-DPS, Electro enabler

Nahida: Sub-DPS, Dendro enabler, buffer

Furina: Sub-DPS, Hydro enabler, buffer, healer

Vent: Crowd control, debuffer (with Viridescent Venerer)

Yae Miko + Eula + Zhongli + Albedo

Eula, as a Physical Main DPS, thrives with a team that supports her playstyle. To enhance her damage output, it is essential to have an Electro character in the team. This is because Electro assists in triggering Superconduct, ultimately leading to increased Physical damage during battles. Yae Miko, who excels in the Sub-DPS role, pairs exceptionally well with Eula, creating a strong synergy between the two characters.

Team Roles

With the new ease of triggering Superconduct, having two Geo units in Genshin Impact can greatly enhance Eula's performance. This is due to the Geo Resonance's passive ability, which boosts her damage by 15% when shielded. Additionally, Zhongli can debuff enemies' Physical resistance, while Albedo and Yae can work together to create powerful off-field Electro and Geo damage.

Yae Miko: Sub-DPS, Electro enabler

Eula: Main DPS, Cryo enabler

Zhongli: Shielder, debuffer, buffer (with Tenacity of the Millelith)

Albedo: Sub-DPS, Geo enabler, buffer (with Noblesse Oblige)
