The surprising part is that Rocksteady, the game's developer, has made no indication of this costume on their social channels and there were no clues suggesting its inclusion, making it a delightful revelation. One speculation is that it might be connected to the upcoming Switch release of Batman: Arkham Trilogy, initially scheduled for October 26 but postponed to December 1.
It is possible that the costume was meant to be available in all versions of Arkham Knight. However, when compared to Pattinson's more realistic physique, it does appear slightly odd on Arkham Batman's bulkier frame. Batman: Arkham Knight features a wide range of alternate costumes inspired by the batsuits seen in live-action movies.
