Farrah Aldjufrie, Kyle Richards' eldest daughter, reportedly had her Los Angeles home broken into in broad daylight. The alleged assailants stole multiple handbags and jewelry from the Buying Beverly Hills star.
The incident took place in the early afternoon on Tuesday, April 23, as confirmed by several sources. TMZ was the first to break the news, mentioning that Richards, aged 55, rushed to Aldjufrie's side after the burglary. Although the Netflix star was not present during the break-in, it was reported that the burglars disabled the house's WiFi while they were inside.
Thanks to the security cameras on Aldjufrie's property, TMZ reported that the break-in was probably recorded from various angles. The footage also showed Aldjufrie, 35, and Richards talking to the police.
After the incident, Richards reassured TMZ that Aldjufrie was doing well and confirmed that everyone was safe. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was then accompanied to her car by a police officer.
Richards shares Aldjufrie with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, whom she was married to from 1988 to 1992.
Aldjufrie first gained attention as Richards' daughter but has now established herself as a reality star and real estate agent. She has been working alongside her stepdad Mauricio Umansky at his real estate firm, The Agency, since it started in 2011. Aldjufrie has also become a regular cast member on Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills, a reality show that follows the workings of The Agency, since it debuted in November 2022.
During the first season of the show, fans saw Farrah Aldjufrie and her ex-fiancé Alex Manos get engaged. In late 2023, fans began to suspect that the engagement had been called off when Aldjufrie was seen without her ring. Aldjufrie confirmed on March 19 that she and Manos, the President and Founder of the Beverly Hills Car Club, had broken up.
According to a source, "Farrah and Alex ended their engagement last fall. Farrah was the one who ended the relationship. She felt like she had been waiting for the engagement for a long time, and once it happened, the dynamics of their relationship changed, and they were not in a good place."
Aldjufrie’s friends didn't believe he was the right person for her, according to an insider. They felt that Farrah was more enthusiastic about planning their wedding than Alex, and the feelings were not mutual, leading to a stalemate.
The details of their breakup were shown on Buying Beverly Hills season 2, which was released on Netflix last month.
Editor's P/S:
The brazen burglary of Farrah Aldjufrie's home highlights the growing audacity of criminals in Los Angeles. The fact that the assailants managed to disable the security WiFi suggests a level of sophistication and planning. It is deeply disturbing that such a brazen crime could occur in broad daylight, leaving the victims feeling violated and vulnerable. I hope the police are able to swiftly apprehend the perpetrators and hold them accountable for their actions.
Furthermore, the article sheds light on Farrah Aldjufrie's personal life. Her recent engagement announcement and subsequent breakup raise questions about the challenges of maintaining a healthy relationship in the public eye. It is evident that the dynamics of their relationship changed after the engagement, leading to a lack of mutual enthusiasm and eventual separation. I commend Farrah for prioritizing her well-being and ending a relationship that was no longer serving her.
