Fans Speculate Travis Kelce's Phone Wallpaper Features Taylor Swift After World Series Appearance

Travis Kelce, aged 34, was spotted dancing to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" at the first game of the 2023 World Series on October 27. During his dance moves, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen holding his phone, and keen-eyed fans noticed that his home screen was unlocked, revealing his smartphone apps. Did Kelce replace the "blank space" on his iPhone wallpaper with a photo of Taylor Swift?

Swifties immediately focused on the photo, attempting to discern the background. Kelce, while concealing most of the screen with his hand, prompted fans to speculate that he was obscuring an image of Swift, 33.

"Travis has Taylor as his lock screen, I'd recognize those bangs anywhere! Let's go!" one fan exclaimed in a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), suggesting that the blue hue in the picture matched the dress Swift wore at her Eras Tour premiere. (Swift donned a turquoise Oscar de la Renta gown for the red carpet event in Los Angeles earlier this month.)

Kelce and Swift have not disclosed his personal background, but it was evident that the NFL star had Swift in his thoughts during the Friday game.

"Taylor is highly admired by us," remarked Claire Couv Smith, wife of Texas Rangers player Josh Smith, on her Instagram Story on Friday when Kelce passed by her after the Rangers triumphed over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Kelce subsequently turned his head and expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you. Congratulations on the victory!"

Following the conclusion of the game, Kelce visited a nearby Arlington, Texas, bar and partook in their post-triumph revelry. He was even seen singing along to Swift's "Love Story" alongside enthusiastic fans.

Kelce expressed his interest in getting to know Swift during the Eras Tour show in Kansas City. Initially planning to gift her a homemade friendship bracelet with his phone number, Kelce was disappointed when Swift didn't accept the trinket. However, they eventually connected and went on several dates.

Their romance reached new heights when Swift attended Kelce's performance at KC's Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs' game against the Chicago Bears in September. Wearing the team's merchandise, Swift bonded with Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, in a private suite.

Throughout the month of October, Swift has continued to attend three additional football games of Travis'. She even showed her support by wearing a bracelet adorned with his 87 jersey number at the October 22 home game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

According to a source, they may not be openly stating their love for each other yet, but it is apparent to Swift's friends that their relationship is progressing in that direction. In fact, their friends believe that they are in love.
