Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins first met when they were in grade school in Georgia. They later became a couple in high school. Although they faced challenges during their teenage years, they rekindled their romance after college and got married in October 2012.

Celebrity couples like Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry also started their relationship in high school.

Rhett shared with Taste of Country that he and his now-wife dated briefly at 15, but it didn't work out after six months. Despite the breakup, they stayed best friends and dated other people for five years. When he found out she was single again, he made his move and they shared a kiss which changed everything.

Another celebrity couple, Stephen and Ayesha, also connected through their faith when they were teenagers.

Ayesha shared with Parents Magazine that she wasn't allowed to date during high school. She mentioned meeting the future NBA star when she was 14 and joked that they were both focused on God. The athlete admitted, "I always had my eye on her, but I got a little shaken, for sure."

After years of being friends, the couple began dating in their early 20s. Stephen recalled, "I was 23 and she was 22. But I was certain that she was the right woman for me and I wanted to build a life with her."

Although they faced challenges during their teenage years, they rekindled their love after college and eventually got married in October 2012.

Rhett shared with Taste of Country that they dated briefly at 15 but it didn't work out. Despite the breakup, they remained close friends. Both dated other people for five years until Rhett learned of her single status and made his move. A kiss sealed the deal.

Similarly, Stephen and Ayesha, another celebrity couple, connected through their shared faith during their teenage years.
